Handling & Usage
Avoid placing cutlery inside glasses.
Only stack glasses specifically designed for stacking.
Refrain from lifting multiple glasses at once.
Prevent contact with beer taps or other hard surfaces to avoid damage.
Preheat glasses for hot beverages by rinsing with warm tap water.
Avoid sudden temperature changes—never pour cold liquids into a heated glass, as this may cause cracks.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Wash new glasses before first use.
Use a non-caustic detergent to prevent etching, shadowing, and loss of clarity.
Ensure water temperature does not exceed 140°F, as excessive heat can bake residue onto the glass.
Discard any glassware with cracks or chips immediately—never place broken glass in the dishwasher.
Hand-Wash Only Items
Some Alchemy pieces feature specialized pigments or artisan finishes that may chip or fade in high dishwasher temperatures. For these, hand-washing is recommended:
Wash gently in warm, soapy water.
Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Cork Care (If Applicable)
Clean cork components with a soft brush or damp cloth.
Do not immerse in water or place in the dishwasher.
Allow cork to air dry naturally.
